The Cellars
The fun about cognac is their ancient cellars, a place where history comes to rest. angels take their share and paradise is created.
With every distillery visit, the cellars are always something magical to visit. There’s a sense of history within these walls. Spirit that has been laid down decades ago just resting there, waiting for perfection. Time seems to move slower here, a certain calmness comes over you when visiting a cellar.

After a visit to the cellars comes a taste of what’s been selected and bottled.
It’s always exciting to try a brand’s portfolio, from their core range to some of their most exclusive and oldest stock. Seeing an entire wall of cognac to try is something that’ll never seize to amaze me.
